Since you’ll be tackling the same challenges as those on the Graduate Management Programme, it’s only fair that you get to enjoy the same benefits too, including opportunities to be promoted. To that end, all of those that join the one-year placements and internships programmes are paid. What’s more, you will be eligible for performance bonuses, incentives, and employee referral awards. And, you will be in good hands: nearly 100% of our team members started on the internship or graduate scheme. Including our current CEO. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and to understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed.
You have dreams, ambitions and goals. We’ll give you the resources, support and belief to bring them to life through continuous learning and development. Whether helping you build on your existing skills or learning new ones, supporting your career development is a top priority.
From classroom settings to on-the-job training and mentorship, you will have plenty of opportunities to refine your skills and prepare for the next step in your career. At Enterprise Mobility, the learning never stops.
Selecting the right team members for Enterprise Mobility isn’t just about filling positions. It’s our way of building a team of future business leaders, so we take great care in our recruitment process to find the ideal candidates. It’s not all about us either. We want you to have the chance to find out what we’re all about and see if a placement or internship with the organisation is right for you. If you do decide that Enterprise Mobility is the right fit for you, here are the main steps you’ll need to take.
To take your first step with Enterprise Mobility, all you need to do is create your profile on our online system and answer a few short questions.
A member of the recruitment team will then get in touch to learn more about you and find out if you have what we're looking for. If successful, and if you haven't done so already, you'll be asked to fill out an application form.
This is the chance for us to find out more about you, and whether you have the competencies we need.
The final stage is to visit one of our branches for an interview with the Branch and Area Manager. This is a unique opportunity for you to meet some of our team members and to experience what life at Enterprise Mobility is really like.
Stop by one of our drop-in sessions, and find out more about the internship and placement opportunities available. Register now and you'll gain insight into what it's really like to work at Enterprise Mobility. You’ll get to hear from placement students like you, and you'll also get the opportunity to ask them what it takes to join our award-winning internship programme.
A leader? Yes. Strategic? For sure. Team members in this role make sure everything runs smoothly day to day at the retail branch they manage.
Area Managers cover a large region that usually includes several branches. These might include those located in city centres as well as airports. They are the link between the branches and the wider business.
Adaptable, agile and attentive, Assistant Managers share the vital responsibility of running the branch with the Branch Manager.
This is our community. The people who rely on Enterprise Mobility to get where they need to go. And the businesses that we partner with in order to make it all possible.
We offer hands-on experience right from the start. Here are the key skills and competencies we look for in our placement and intern students.
Providing great customer service is critical to Enterprise Mobility's success. It’s not a policy. Or a gimmick. It’s our business and a way of life around here. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations. That means you’ll be more than friendly, you’ll care about our customers and take the time and effort to build relationships with them.
Great things happen when you listen. It helps you understand what the customer wants and makes the sale that much simpler. Why does that matter? Because getting to know your teammates and building relationships with customers are sales strategies vital to our growth and success, so that’s a sales philosophy you’ll have to get behind.
If you’re a type of person that springs into action when faced with a challenge, then we’re looking for you. Positive and enthusiastic? Have the will and want to launch a successful career? All the better. We want proactive people looking to deliver great results.
Winning the respect of those around you is never easy. But if you’re the type of person who believes teamwork makes great things happen, then we’re looking for you. Because being a leader doesn’t mean commanding a room, it means being confident enough to listen to others and work together.
A big part of being great at communication is listening. It also means having the ability to get your message across confidently, openly, and persuasively. You should be able to both lend an ear and get your point across.
Sometimes you might have to bend over backward and prioritise the way you work. So, if you’re willing to get things done quickly and are ready to meet our customers’ needs while juggling several other tasks, then you’ll fit right in.
