We know that the interview process should be a two-way street. It’s not just about us getting to know you - it’s also about you getting to know us. We want you to see what we’re all about and decide if Enterprise Mobility is the right fit for you.

If you have already decided that we’re the right fit, we’re happy to share that our interview process is very straightforward, transparent, and designed to make you feel supported every step of the way. Here’s everything you need to know about the next steps:

1.       Register Your Details

To take your first step in securing your dream career with Enterprise Mobility, all you need to do is create your profile on our easy-to-use online system and answer a few simple questions. Once your profile is complete, you’ll be one step closer to unlocking exciting opportunities with us.

2.       Complete The Application Form

A member of our friendly recruitment team will then get in touch for a phone screen, which will usually last around 10 minutes. During this time, we’ll to learn more about your background, skills, and career ambitions and to find out if you have what we’re looking for. If you’re a great fit for the role, and if you haven’t done so already, we’ll ask you to fill out an application form. This step is crucial as it helps us gather more information about your qualifications, ensures we have all the details to move forward in the hiring process, and allows us to maintain a fair an unbiased selection process by using a standardised application form for all our candidates. This ensures that everyone has an equal opportunity based on their skills and experience.

3.       Attend a Virtual Interview

This is a chance for us to find out even more about you and assess whether you have the competencies we need for the role. During the virtual interview, we’ll dive deeper into your background, skills, and experiences to better understand how they align with the responsibilities and values of Enterprise Mobility. It’s also a great opportunity for you to showcase your strengths, share examples of how you’ve excelled in in similar situations, and demonstrate your passion for the position. The virtual interview will be a competency-based interview so be sure to look for guidance across our Instagram, YouTube, and Careers website. The virtual interview will usually last around 30-40 minutes. To get you started, here’s 9 things to look out for during video interviews.

4.       Visit a Branch

The final stage is to visit one of our branches for an interview with the Branch and Area Manager. The branch visit will usually last around 3 hours, including 2 hours spent in the branch and a 30–60-minute competency-based interview. You’ll have the opportunity to meet the team, see our operations first-hand, and get a real feel for the culture at Enterprise Mobility. It’s your last chance to demonstrate your enthusiasm, initiative, and interpersonal skills. This hands-on experience will give you a better understand of the role and whether it’s the right fit for you.
